With this course you learn how to project geometry from one plane to another, use the perspective and isometric tools, automate the creation of technical illustrations from existing 3-D CAD data, how to draw and view entities, understand 3-D projections, moves, rotation and use the Objects window.

This course emphasises hands-on experience, interaction between student and instructor, and a solid foundation in the essential drawing skills and commands needed to produce quality technical illustrations for publications.

This course is intended for:

  • Authors, editors, and illustrators of technical information.
  • Technical and administrative staff.
  • Organisations implementing IsoDraw.

Prerequisites

  • Basic computer skills in a Microsoft Windows computing environment
  • Background or related experience in an Engineering or Technical Publications Department

If a cancellation occurs within less than 10 working days of the course date, the full value of the course fee will be charged. If cancelled prior to 10 working days of the course date, no cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellation fees apply to all training attendees. Hearne Scientific Software reserves the right to reschedule any course. In the event that Hearne Scientific Software cancels a course, full refunds will be issued to all paid parties.
